In our IoT Lab, we design prototypes and systems for IoT end devices and accompany the development up to the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of an industrial pilot (Level 6). This is how we connect the digital world with real life.

In our IoT Prototype Sprint, we not only guide your team through the idea generation phase, but also build a first prototype in parallel, on the basis of which the ideas and theses can be tested immediately.
From prototype to product
If the idea works as a prototype, we accompany you to the development of the product. This includes close coordination with all product partners, initial optimizations by the manufacturer, and support for certification on the way to industrialization of your product.
Bring your devices to the cloud
To unlock the full potential of your products, we bring your devices to the cloud. This includes collecting data on the device, transferring it to the cloud, and storing it. At the same time, device settings or optimizations can be sent back to the devices remotely.
We test your ideas
In order to test ideas as quickly as possible and avoid time-consuming undesirable developments, we repeatedly build prototypes throughout the product phase. In this way, we test our assumptions quickly and efficiently before going into production.
Hardware control
The use of hardware always includes the development of the corresponding controller. This includes both the software for the control (e.g. of sensors) and the controller software, which orchestrates the entire hardware of a device.
The entry to mass production
When a product reaches market maturity, the process of industrialization can begin. Here we accompany production partners in the continuous optimization of the product. From the testing of alternative manufacturer products to the optimization of the hardware used and the development of extensions, all important steps can be supported by us.
